Over the past week I've been more than a little surprised by people's reaction to the COVID-19 virus. Across the country we've seen panic buying and hoarding. My wife was in our local grocery store the other day and a man - probably in his 70's and normally sane - nearly tackled her as he wrestled away the shopping cart she had been standing in line for for the past ten minutes....
